Im a Master DE and 4444 Merchant, I have 2 shops and a workshop.
In my workshop I run a vendor that I use as storage for the thousands of subcomponents I need to make the droids I sell.
Since the recent patches, when I havewithdrawn stock from my vendor, into the storeroom, it appears briefly when I click on the storeroom tab, but then it disappears and the vendor tells me that "No items found that meet the request criteria".
I have read through the list of current vendor issues and I believe this is different from the "disapearing stock" issue.
Every time I access the vendor a-fresh and click on the storeroom button, the withdrawn items can be seen again for a second, but withoutenough time to be able to select them and then "Retrieve" them.
This is really frustrating, as I can see the items that I need (briefly) but I cant (with any accuracy) withdraw the items I need.
I have discovered that I can (with considerable luck), randomly click on an item and hit "retrieve" which works..... but this is no way to run a business!
Has anyone else had this bug?
Or is it just my system being weird?
Hope I can get some feedback. Cheers.

Ouch, this sounds like a bad one. Yesterday morning I had no trouble withdrawing a sale and retrieving it, but I'll check again today when the servers are back up. If I have a problem I'll come back and post again.
I'd certainly file a ticket on this, although I'm not sure what a CSR can do. For a different problem of mine, I was told CSRs cannot see what we have in our stockrooms (which sounds like they need more tools to help us then).
In the meantime, I'd keep trying to fast-click those items to retrieve them; you don't want to have them poof in seven days.
Good luck.

Not exactly like that, but many times I have problem retrieving from one of my vendors from another. Sometimes it works and some time not.

I've seen something similar, but its a lag bug. When I withdraw a sale, from a specific vendor, it goes to the stockroom. Now, when I switch tabs to the stockroom, the selector moves up one from "this merchant" to "This region", which then will show everything in that region briefly. Then it realizes that its switched, and will blank out that region since I haven't recently tried to search it. I then have to re-select "this vendor", and my items appear.
Try that.

I have found that if you access a differnt vendor or wait 5 minutes the problem fixes its self I have opened tickets on this and bug reports but I get the same canned answers. One basic problem is the CSRs dont understand the vendor interface well enough to address this issue.

I had this bug for several months ( patch 3 broke mine). CSRs couldnt fix it, and replacing the vendors didn't change it. I ended up having to have 2 vendors. You'll find if you place a second vendor, you'll be able to retrieve 1 to 2 things at a time, before the stockroom dissapears again. You'll have to ping pong back and forth from the vendors to get it all. ( I only recently discovered I could retrieve multiple items at once, and was simply relisting one by one, ping ponging between my vendors).
It's the real reason I quit armorsmithing on Intrepid, and took my vendors down.....

Zara, it may be that you don't have "all" selected on the vendor interface. I've had this happen a couple of times and thought I was going nuts, but it sounds exactly like the behavior you've described.
Good luck! Hopefully, that is the problem.
