1) When does the patch go live?

2) Will they lift the limit on the global bazarre?

My thoughts:

Limiting vendor inventory only limits players

1. Estimated for 8/24. With all the content for force sensitive quests, I would be shocked if this is pushed on time.

2. No mention of that. I can't imagine them increasing it. Why would they look to limit items in one system, then give us more items on another? Would not make sense.

What in the heck do you mean with your statement, Limiting vendor inventory only limits players?

What else would it limit? Are you saying NPCs now have an advantage?

What I mean by, "Limiting vendor inventory only limits players," is that by limiting the number of items a vendor can hold you essentially limit the players a vendor mayserve.

I am able to serve the entire crafting community with my vendor. By giving me a cap on the number of items I can carry it essentially limits the players who use my vendor because now I will be forced to limit my inventory.

I would have thought that a vendor rating system (1 of 5 stars) that was viewable on the planetary guide would have really helped. I also think that vendors with no inventory over two weeks should have their merchant pulled. This would have helped streamline the good from the bad.

A Merchant re-vamp is needed, but it comes at the expense many, many Merchants who have taken a very long time to build name recognition and a loyal clientele.

That makes much more sense, thanks for the clarification. Also, that limit is one of the key things the devs want, to break up monopolies. They are concerned that 1 or a few people can serve the entire server needs. Now by limiting how much folks can sell they will force folks to specialize and create niches for several crafters instead of just a few. Personally, I disagree with this thinking, but it is one of their stated goals.

You know, I never thought of it that way, that is a pretty good point of decreasing monopolies. I also like how they are bringing master merchant actual use, Because without merchant your current limit is 50 items.. maser merchant gives you +60 bonus... I'd say it makes crafters have it worth grabbing

But once again sure you can have master merchant and a crafting like armor wepon droid, then what?

No combat totally craft. You have to buy a second character to fight with.

How much money will SOE make on the fact that people will have to buy more alts.

Lets say an easy figure at least 25% more characters due to the BS they are going to do.

That makes much more sense, thanks for the clarification. Also, that limit is one of the key things the devs want, to break up monopolies.
