So with this new change, it is better to go up the efficiency line then the management line since the managment line offers nothing additional (besides the vendors) if I am to go up just 1 line correct?

Also one more question, If I level up the efficiency line before the patch and drop the management line, will it accept that i have adequate skills for the vendors i currently have (6). If i wait till after patch and keep management 4 line like i have now, i will have no way to pick up the efficiency line without freeing up skillpoints somewhere else. It would not allow me to drop management line to pick up efficiency as then i wouldn't have the neccessary vendor skills.
Thanks for the help

That's a good question ... but a better question would be:
Question: if I have 6 vendors and skills for only 2 vendors ... does it randomly pick 4 vendors to deny me access? or does it deny access to all 6?
I have a feeling that if you have more vendors then you are supposed to, it will tell you that you need to remove a vendor before you can use any of your current vendors.
So the answer to your question is probably: You won't be affected.
Good observation that if you want to go up just 1 line, then efficiency would be it ... then again ... there are a lot of folks that might be able to get by with just business IV.
