Thread: Is there a trick to vendor names?

I am trying to type a whole slew of vendor names and cannot get any of them to be accepted by the system. I know no one else is using my name so it should be unique,is there a trick to get the name accepted by the system?

It's not a matter of a unique name. There are certain words that won't make it through the filter. The most annoying (and difficult to understand) ones I've come across is "Architecture" and "Wookiee".
What are you trying to name the vendor?

I was trying to name it Radia's master tailor vendor,radias clothes,radias ten credit clothes,these are just a few.

ya ive typed in odd words like ohhh Vetolios Weapons
and it wouldnt except so to save yourself the trouble grab a thesaurus

I have found most anything that is cannon related, or could be used by NPCs is not allowed.
