Is there a particular skill box that I will need so that my items will be seen on the vendor search from bazaar terminals?

All newly created vendors are automatically search-enabled by default.

yeah, i realized this when someone bought all my components off my storage vendor. OOPS!

Lol - most people put stuff on a storage vendor at 99999999 credits. Even better is to price stuff appropriately on a storage vendor. If the stuff you're storing is only worth 10 mil to you, why not just list it there? Or list it at 99999999 credits so that the people who actually filter by price on the bazaar (like me) won't see it.
Either way, you need to un-list your storage vendors from the vendor listings - it helps you and helps everyone else too...

I price the components on my storage vendor as if I were selling them.
If someone buys them, great! Money for me.
If not, they're on the vendor when I'm ready to use them.
