Bit of a problem with vendor maintenance...
Condition for one reason and another is down to 5%. I've paid in enough maintenance now for about a year, yet even after a couple of days the condition is still at 5% and telling me that I need to pay the same amount of maintenance and the maintenance pool has not been reduced.
Any ideas what's going on? Has vendor maintenance been suspended along with housing?

What is the amount of money currently in your maintenance pool?
Did you pay using the radial menu or /paymaintenance command?
To the best of my knowledge, vendor maintenance fees were not suspended.

I paid through the radial menu.
Currently it says vendor disabled at 5% condition (yet I can still add things for sale and have sold things, but things cannot be offered by other players).
It insists I need to pay a little over 14k in maintenance to repair it.
Currently my maintenance pool is around 120k - good for areound 330 days.

Your vendor might be bugged.
Normally it takes up to an hour for your vendor status to update, it should have definitely done it by two days later.

Even though I've had a test vendor running at 0% for a very long time, at this point the easiest solution would probably be to remove all the items and maintenance from that vendor, destroy it, and place a new one.
A CSR *might* be able to help you.

Thanks for that.
Think I'll take my chances with the deleting and replacing thing. I've never even managed to get a ticket to stick...
