Does anyone know what counts for vendor item limit?
Does count only lets say backpack and not stuff in backpack?

Everything on the vendor counts towards limit

For backpacks:

If backpack is empty it counts as 1 item

If backpacks has items inside it, it counts only those items, not the backpack itself

empty =1 item

bag with 9 items inside it = 9 items

You find your current count on vendor status,
do not go from the vendor interface window, it may not be correct.
