OK I just had my 3rd CSR experience. The first two were handled great. This one was a let down. I lost 472k units of copper that I received as an offer on my vendor for 3cpu. These items got stock on retreive and never showed in my inventory and are no longer on the vendor. I have since deleted the vendor after I cleared out all the other items. When the CSR finally came for a visit, he could find no record of my purchase (great database), so I am out about 1.4 million credits.

This does not kill me finacially, but it hurts. I was stock piling the resources for a few of my employees (PA members). I have the resources to buy in bulk and they do not. The CSR had no problem finding my purchase of 6 swords, but could not find that I had accepted this offer. Should I try another ticket and see if I can find someone else that might know the database better?

PS: This was all due t the lag monster on Dantooine.

Yea I would try again at least one more time. If something cause the database not to record it you are just screwed I guess but at least you'll have a second pair of eyes looking at it.

I've had something similar happen to me, but I know what caused the materials to disappear, and thought I would ask if the same thing happend to you.

I have 2 vendors I sell from, and one vendor in a nearby house I use for special sales, and for my subs to make drop-offs. Ipurchased the items on the drop off vendorthrough one of my sales vendors, and without really thinking about it, I flipped over to the stockroom, and left it on "this region" instead of thatthe sales vendor I was making purchases from. For whatever reason, that vendor let me pick the material up, when it was really in the stockroom for the delivery vendor. It showed up in my pack and everything, but when I went to split it, it told me the material was an invalid item and it went poof.

I can't speak to the sale not showing up, but what happened to me might be an explanation of why your material went away.

No the items never appeared in my inventory. The vendor had the nice message "retrieving 5 items..." flashing for 30 minutes. I finally had to cancel and log. When I cam back on they no long existed... The emails got saved, but they will not allow those as proof.

The won't accept the emails as proof but can they check to see that the emails were generated?

I do not keep my stock pile in my house or the mall. Heck they can probably see when I purchased all those. And the resources I sell are mostly sold...

I would be careful about inviting CSR's into your house.

They could look at those stockpiles of resources and make THOSE disappear. I personally would have just been quiet.

My wife lost 2.5M worth of BE clothing last night from a vendor.

Hoepfully she'll be reimbursed (the items).

I've lost 30K of resources I bought form a vendor. CSR told me "Sorry, nothing I can do"
