What will happen to the merchanttent if I dropmy Efficiency skills?

My friend and I have a tent selling medic resources and I had the merchant skills to place it. I've dropped my architect profession and goin for CH / Scout, and my skill points have reached 0. The guy I have the shop with is climbing the merchant tree now and will replacemy tent the second he got Efficiency IV - but it might take some more days. Can I drop these skills now or will our vendors / tent dissapear? If not - is it an exploit to do so?

Ah, good. But I'm scared anyway, don't know if I dare to do it Maybe I'll just wait til my friend got Efficiency IV...
