Clearly states you pay 80% which would be a fine Elder Beermans 20% off sale.
That would make those pesky 90per hour heavies a much more manigable 72.
I noticed that this effects any structure you have admin rights. As long as you are the last person to put money in it ,the structure will get the price savings.It doesnt matter who owns it.
I have hearda few say this is a bug. I think its good buisness, I know that if a fighter ,a doctor and manager get together in a buisness then the manager would be the person who did the paperwork , the accounting , actualy run the buisness. The very nature of their proffession should make this clear. Its simple as long as the fighter doesnt go messing with the "books" and put cash in ,then the manager's (merchent) work would not be disrupted. I think this could be profitable buisness. If you put 100000 in your house, and i can save you 10 or 15% because of my skill at managing then that meens i made 5%-10% for "handeling" your cash.

Yes and No.
You lose the ability immediately but if you have paid your maintenance up it continues at the discounted rate until you pay again. So theoretically you could pay it for a very very long time and get the discount even after you are not a merchant any longer. If that is how you want to tie up your capital I guess that is a choice available to you.
One of the ideas for new PA features being discussed in the PA forum (on the professions board) is the ability for PA members to donate their unused lots into a common PA pool, that other PA members could assume ownership of.
