I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good equation for determining reasonable prices for standard goods like power-ups, pet treats and meds?

Walk to other vendors in the area

Price accordingly

Modify to increase or reduce sales as needed.

Thats the only equation you need.

Yup - figure out how much of the stuff you want to produce - then start setting your prices so that you are selling as much as you are making. Don't be afraid to adjust them for a while to get to the point where you want to be.

Don't for get to take the quality of the item into consideration. If you are selling medicals supplies that heal more damage than your competitors, don't be afraid to charge more for it. People pay for quality.
