Thread: Vendor Icon Missing. How do I place a vendor?

I just got the necessary certifications in the artisan tree to place a vendor(0030), however, I do not know how to do it. The knowledge base says to click on the vendor icon in your inventory, but I do not have a "vendor" icon. Can anyone assist? Thanks
