How can a person with no merchant skills what-so-ever put his items up for sale on a vendor? Is he stuck selling them on the Bazaar or is there another way?
Or would he have to buddy up with a Merchant (whom he would have to know well), and give him the items to sell for him?

0030 artisan also grants use of a vendor, with a 100 item limit.
other than that, you could arrange to have a merchant buddy take your items and list them for you, on his/her vendor (like you said).
