does anyone know the text command to cancel a vendor creation

my computer froze and when i logged on again i tried to create a vendor but it said a vendor is already being created and i cant bring up the screen i was at when i froze

I don't know of any command to cancel one..I would suggest a CSR ticket to see if they can cancel it for you. It will also proabably be canceled on its own after the update tomorrow morning.
