Most of the cases we have seen the credits showed up eventually but not usually a day later. A CSR ticket is probably your only recourse right now. If they don't reply in a day or so put in a response on that ticket making note that its been a couple of days. They love that

My case was about 40k worth of gems but it was before the player mount patch so enough has changed that this info may not be useful anymore

Has anyone had an issue where they sell some items but never receive the credits? I sold 96K worth of spice and my bank still showed 0 the next day. I opened a ticket but have not heard back yet.
