Yes you have to have admin on the house to place the vendor. You do not have to have admin to manage the vendor so someone can give you admin long enough for you to put the vendor in and then remove your admin rights. You don't have to pay any maintenance on the structure for the vendor to operate. But someone does

Be warned that if the structure is destroeyd by the owner, your vendor and all its items will be destoryed. Be further warned that soon if the owner of the structure deletes his character (not cancels his account but deletes his character) the structure will be destoryed and your vendor and items will be destoryed as well.

Im a 0.0.0.1 Merchant, and i was wondering if i could place a vendor in another persons house? If so do i need admin to the house and will i have to keep the maintence on it?
