Ive just finished business 4 and want to become a merchant. However, i have no idea on how to get merchant experience. Can someone please help me. Thanks...Obsin Warwaver (Ecplise)

take a look in the faq, it cant be clearer that there...
as an advance, you get xp just for having initialized vendors

didnt read the faq? no problem, we dont need no stinkin' manuals! basically your exp will come from:
a) as stated previously, simply having a working vendor will get you merchant exp
b) access fees paid to structures you own and have set them up in.
c) other players browsing through your vendor
outside of this, i dont know of any other way to get merchant exp, but hey im not a really good merchant anyway

Thanks..im now 0.0.0.1 Merchant as for some reason i had excess Merchant points from somewhere. I have 3 vendors initaiized but seem to be getting like 150xp an hour. Is this the normal rate and hope much xp do i get for people browsing and purchasing items from my vendors?

Yup 150 is the normal rate from what I recall.
You get 50 xp from someone browsing your vendor. You can only get the experience once per 15 minutes from the same person. There's no experience for people buying from your vendors, just for browsing.
You also get 50 xp every time someone pays an access fee on your house, again once per 15 minutes per person. This is why you see so many shops with a token 1cr access fee. This used to be a good way of getting merchant experience, but be warned that since the advent of merchant hologrinders (who often have empty vendors and/or use deceptive advertising to get people into their shop) this practice has gotten a bad reputation, and a lot of people will refuse to enter a building with an access fee on principle.
Other than those three, there are currently no other ways to get merchant experience.

K i got 2 questions to add to this as well.
Do you xp every hour on the dot, no matter how many ppl visit ur vendors, so then when someone visits ur vendor the xp u get from that is just added on?
And if thats a yes to that question...
If you have more than 1 vendor willthe xp you get per hour increase with how many vendors u have? As in 2 vendors gives double, 3 triple, etc. And since he has 3 vendors would the usual rate then be 50 xp per hour per vendor?
