Anyone have a clue what this message means?

Been getting it lately - never noticed it before - but doesn't seem associated with anything actually in offers - that is blank when checked - no email associated with it either - just a message that appears if you happen to be online.

I think that is what they are doing as the solution to the items being deleted if you retreive more then you can hold..

I got this message once,a few hours after I had bought a (very expensive) item offered at my vendor, tried to retrieve it in extreme lag, and it poofed. I ran back to my vendor hoping that the database gods had noticed and given it back to me, but there was nothing there.

Yes, you get that message when someone retrieves something but their inventory is full. The vendor will restore it for your customer.
