Thread: Vendor says item is already for sale?

Help! I am trying to place some items for sale on my vendor and am not able to. It keeps saying this item is already for sale. The same happens when I try to offer it. Has anyone seens this and if so is there a work around?
I've seen this when an error occured when you put it up for sale.In my case when someone bought it the item vanished from my inventory. I don't know how to "fix" it.

I have had this happen to me.
After graduating to the level where I could use a more sophisticated vendor, I removed all my items for sale and deleted the vendor. The items were in my inventory, as expected.
I placed the new vendor, then went to place the items back up for sale. The vendor reported "This item is already for sale", and sure enough, the same list of things that I had removed from the original (now deleted) vendor werenow listed for sale on the new vendor somehow.
I can consume (use) the items, but any attempts to place them back up for sale is met with "Item already for sale".
SImilarly, trying to remove the bugged items from my vendor also fails. I can withdraw the item for sale, but when I try to retrieve it from my Stockroom it says "Item cannot be retrieved" or something like that. Even if I delete the duplicate item in my inventory.
The end result is that I have about 20 items on my vendor that nobody can buy, and that I cannot effectively remove from the vendor.

My problem is that I can't even get it on my vendor in the first place. It refuses to put it up for sale and complains that it is already for sale. I guess I will submit a ticket and put the bugged items in a bag and see if a csr can fix em. Thanks for the responces!
