My main owns a house and I just ground out biz 3 on my alt - is it possible to place a vendor in my mains house with my alt character if he is on the admin list or does he have to own the house?

I heard there is a way to transfer ownership of a house to someone - is this true? - if so how do I do it?

Yes, anyone with admin can place a vendor, ownership of the structure is not necessary.

To transfer a structure, both characters must be in the house, target the intended recipient, and type /transferstructure

You may want to add them to admin first, just to be on the safe side... ?

Awesome boss thankx for the quick reply, as to the transfer structure I had better leave that one alone, i just ghosted my alt (/quit) and logged my main in really quick to the exact same spot to see if he would still be clearing - HA he was and i was able to transfer the pet i bought for him to him - but i shant be trying that with my house lol i would absolutely die if i lost the contents by screwin around like this lol

Have there been cases of ppl losing their house while transfering ownership?
