So people don't travel for 2 hours to visit 10 empty vendors. God that gets frustrating.

they should just not allow empty vendors to register on the map.

That wouldn't do it. Many of the crap vendors have like 1-2 items on them. It needs to be a rating either automatic (by how full the vendor is) or by player voting.

For database reasons (and to avoid greifing and immature people screwing the system up) it would probably be best to just have a counter/full meter. WHen a vendor is registered, have a number next to it for how many items are on it.

That way when I see (Master Chef, best chef on naboo) as the vendor and he has a (4) next to his name I don't waste my time going out to look at his 4 items.

Maybe we don't need to be able to see everything from the bazaar (think of the chaos) but imagine if you could see all the items that the SAME merchant had available. For example: suppose I have a shop on tattooine and a shop on naboo. My client goes to the tattooine shop but he doesnt see what he wants. But... from tattooine he can browse the naboo vendor. He buys the item from the naboo vendor and then goes and picks it up on naboo (or, later, gets someone to fedex it.) This would give great advantages to merchants with multiple shops and save customers plane fare to the next planet to see if maybe that thing is in stock.

A Premium Auction should be an auction on your vendor that shows up on the bazaar. Make Premium Auction mean something!!!

I think there should be vendor terminals on each planet that allow everyone to view the contents of any vendors. When they find a vendor selling whatever they want they can just go there and buy it. This would help merchants make money and save everyone lots of time.

On the left where you select region, planet etc., you should be able to view registered vendors, purchase items etc., just like on the bazaar. Then all you have to do is go there and pick it up.

A new added-value feature would be to pay for shipping, and the item would be moved to the Available Items of the vendor/bazaar you are browsing. Maybe resitrict this to the Efficiency tree or Master - Delivery Services.
