Hi all. Admitted hologrinder here so I am sorry for the noob merchant question but i looked around and searched and couldn't find an answer.

If i have buildings withoutvendors in them and I make the house public and put an entry fee on the house will I still receive merchant xp when a person enters the house and pays the fee?

Once again sorry for noobness and thanks for your experience in the matter.

To answer your question, yes you still get xp. Why not plop down a vendor as well, it only leads to more XP for you.

You guys probably already know but just to be safe a reminder that to get Merchant Xp from an entry fee the fee has to be on a structure you actually own. If you place a fee on a structure that someone else owns you don't get either the money or the xp the owner of the structure does.

Yes, you will get experience from your entry fees, even if you don't have vendors inside.

You got the merchant holo too, eh?

I don't actually think I'll pop a Jedi before hologrinding becomes null, but ifit makes the quest easier as they say, I wish to be ready.
