Thread: Suggestions bulk repricing and bulk stock bins

I recently relaised that a lot of stock on my vendor was vastly overpriced, and so had to do some large scale repricing. Anyone who has ever had to do this themselves will know that this is very time consuming, and exceedingly dull

1) Delist all relevant stock

2) Re-mark everything for sale with the new price

Although step 1 can be done with multi-select, step 2 has to be done separately for each item, and with the, ahem, "speed"of the vendor interface, is just too long winded.

How about a repricing option, which shows one instance of each item on your vendor (with different size crates of the same item being treated as different items), and a "set price" button, which will automatically set the price of that object type?

Also, to get around the idiot factor of people not understanding the "next page" button, how about again listing each item type only once, with a "quantity available" column. The "buy item" window could also have "available items" and "items to buy" numbers on it, allowing users to say "I want to buy 5 of these" for bulk purchases. I think this could make merchants' and customers' lives easier.

Any thoughts on why these may be good / bad ideas?
