Thread: Doc we need to address the issue of the item going directly to your personal inventory.
Yea this happened to me last night. I'll start making noise about it. It really makse no sense for offers to show up in your inventory. THe purpose of offers is to resell things.
I've already asked if we can get the Offers screen exmpted from this. Its going to be a real mess if I end up with 10 items in my inventory and another 40 in my stockroom. I"m never going to keep it straight.
/report Dingoboi for abusing vendors

Well, I would say that it is a design bug rather than a coding bug. Since we don't see any design documentation, they become visible at the same time, and are really indistinguishable.
I haven't ended any sales since the patch, do those go to inventory too? That would be even more of a pain, since with most of those, my intention is to refresh the sales timer so it doesn't expire while I am gone.
BTW I have noticed frequent failures to drop things in inventory (even though there is plenty of room) that seems to be associated with lag. The Coronet bazaar never does at busy hours, but I have had it happen at laggy vendors as well. This could be a major problem for customers from low-lag areas, as they may just assume that they got the item and leave it in available-items.

As another poster stated, most of the time the item doesn't drop into my inventory anyway, but when it does. Its nothing but a pain.

Same here -- it's quite inconsistent.
