I have 330 buff packsfor each stat finishing cooking tomorrow. I sell them in backpacks with 10 of each in (unfortunately having to up the price 'cos no one humts non Janta lairs these days) for 1.2m each set. I know in the greater scheme of even legitimate creditsthey're not worth a vast amount, however is it safe to sell.

Have the dupers been banned, and the accounts where the credits went suspended while they look into each case (which is what I am assuming is happening).

Or is there still a chance that someone will buy from my vendor and I will have some down time while it is looked into?

My PA are having an open city event starting tomorrow and I would like to have my vendors stocked if it's 'safe'.

I run a very high volume business with two shops, I'veespecially stopped stocking any high end items. Infact I've stopped stocking since this news came out. I've worked to hard and to long to get to where I am only to have it arbitrarily banned. You have zero control on whomever accesses you vendors, I'd take the safe road.

I guess I was being optimistic thinking I would get an official reply, I'm assuming everyone at SOE is working on checking out if people were caught up in this innocently or not. I'm going to change my add barking to say words to the effect 'want to buy buff packs, list stats, send a /tell to 'Pedro and Pedro' and I will put 1 set up on my vendor due the credit dupe issue' then I can limit amounts bought.

Of course this will upset regular customers who buy more than that but these are trying times for SOE and the customer base.

I will keep everything to a 'I put on vendor they buy from vendor situation' however I have already toldpeople in game and on the SS boards they will be available so I need to keep my word.

I just wish people didn't think that being good in an MMO actually meant something, sure it's nice to win but when you cheat where's the satisfaction? Just spend some time walking around talking to people and you will experience what I get from this game.

Braxis on Naboo has an open city all this weekend, drop by and chat with people you wouldn't normally meet in a non credit/item questing kind of way. Entertainment will be there 7-11 EST Friday to Sunday, single PvP event on Sunday plus the fishing event (both have AV-21s as top prize). Come covert as no goading will be acknowledged, say 'Hi' to the person you normally 'strafeshot2'.
