Thread: Advertising III Problem

When I first got Advertising III, I registered my vendors immediatly, and everyone saw them on the map. It was great! I thought I was the only one on the planet that had them registered to the map. Now, a few days later, they no longer show up, but they say they are still registered. I unregistered and reregistered them, and no use. They won't show up under vendor on the map anymore. Anyone know anything about this? It'd be appreciated...

Well, I've noticed ours fall off pretty regularly... but it isn't just ours, every registered vendor is removed at once... not sure when it happens exactly, might be every time the server goes down, might be every 5 hours... I dunno.

But it is a serious issue, it is the primary reason that many people become merchants at all, and is next to completely broken. Well, it works well, but only for an hour or two.

Well, it's not what I "wanted" to hear, but, thank you for the your observations. Guess I'll just have to deal with it for the time being. Gr...

After every server restart, your vendors will disappear from the map. They have to be 'unregistered' at the time of the restart, or they won't appear again when you register. So, best thing to do is unregister them every night, which sucks for business.
