Thread: Did August 13 Update just disabled vendors?
Ok, my shop with 300 items on it works fine. I can still place more items up for sale.
I don't know what the limit is, but it's below 300.
Does anyone know what the rule is? My current theory is that if your house is full you can't sell more items, but if it's got at least 1 'slot' free you're fine. Any other ideas?
Ah, ok, NPC's work.
Well, ok, next question, did the patch fix the resource bug???
Your home is out of space. You have to many items in your house. The items in the vendor, and in containers and on floors count against the space in your house. Crated items are worse. If they are in a container or on the ground they count as multiple items. This is the generic message you get when you are out of space and your vender cant fit anything else in it.

The patch did seem to do something here.
I have 300 items on my vendor. A guy I know set up a mall. God knows how many items were in there.
I never had a problem putting something on my vendor until today.
I think that if this is "working as intended" the merchant as a stand alone is in trouble, and depending on the exact limit dead entirely.
