I am trying to ascertain what the limits are supposed to be. It's based on a formula based on how many lots the house takes up. It should be 25 items per lot.

So basically small and medium houses can contain 50 items. Great huh!?!??!

Dev notes:

Fixed an exploit where medium houses could hold more than backpacks.

Fixed a problem with furniture. Furniture is now working as intended, players will not want to buy furniture.

Thank you ajm as harsh asyou put it,It shows major flaws I hope this gets fixed very soon.

I totatlly agree with this limit being insufficient I had my house/shop maxed and decorated before this patch and now Im using vendor space to hold packs that store everything I need to craft.
