Merchant Archive

I am currently working up the Architect Tree, but am interested in the Merchant side for the future.

I have setup a house and I'm ready to setup a vednor that can sell my crap.

I am also a Master Artisan. I do have the basic Business skills, but not sure how about going and getting a vendor.

What is the next step? Do I buy one, have one created or what?

Where do I go to get a vendor to setup?

Go to the management console in your house, and choose Create Vendor. You'll only have a few options since you don't have novice merchant. When you're done, it will place a vendor in your inventory. Drop this in your house where you want it to go. Move it, turn it, twist it which ever way you want, because you can only do this once. When it's exactly how you want, click on Initialize Vendor (it's under one of the menus). Viola, you have you're own vendor. Make sure you pay maintainance in to itafter you stock, and have waited a few minutes. You'll only have a box vendor, so maintainance will increase with the value of the items in it. If you don't watch this, you can expect to lose a lot of items.
