Merchant Archive

I've had a vendor up for quite some time. I'm at 4800 merchant exp, and it seems stuck. I've gone up 0 exp since I started playing this morning about 4-5 hours ago. I've been on planet the whole time, in Doaba Guerfel. House is in Coronet, and I've made a few visits to it. I have 10 units of steel there for 5k, to insure I get exp, but it's just not moving.

Any ideas?
