Most of the skills granted in the Merchant class are utterly worthless. They are fluff. Eye candy. They might as well be called business image designers instead of merchants. What the merchant class needs is some usefulskills that enhance their ability to do business. Here's my ideas:

Enhanced Market Reports-

This came form another poster but I think it's a neat idea. The merchant get's access to reporting tools that let them see what items are moving through the bazaar. Reporting tools that help them analyze what the market prices are and what products are in demand, that sort of thing.

Expanded real estate lots-

Merchants should have a skill path that lets them increase the number of lots they are allowed. This would facilitate merchants setting up multiple stores, possibly on different planets. Or running a large industrial operation for mass production.

Remote vendor control-

Merchants needa skill that allows them to remotely interact with their vendors. Merchants need to be able to accept offers at their vendors, without having to run up to their vendor to do it. Move products in and out of their storerooms, change prices, etc., all while in the field.

Better advertisingof private stores-

Planetary advertising is not enough. Merchants need some way of listing their stores, if not their products, on the galactic bazaar. Being able to list individual products on the bazaar as if your private vendor were a bazaar terminal would be about perfect.

That's all I can think of for the moment. Any comments?

All sounds good to med.

Id like an option to delete items directly from the storeroom and not needing to retrieve them first.
