I am sure it has to but what does it give us?


The reasong i ask is because I am thinking of not mastering and not geting Ad. 4 So i can get more stuff in Armorsmith (I am also gonna be a smuggler)

It doesn't give anything spectacular ... just hiring +10 and maybe an extra vendor I think.
