You get the coolest title in the game.

Advertising 3 is where you get global advertising (and yes, it still needs to be reset daily), ad 4 is simply supposed to make it cheaper, though with NPC vendors not charging, does that matter?

So i have enough xp to learn advert 4, but could spend the xp on other things instead (like merchant 3, eff 1, and eff 2) - but if the in city advertising actually works, i will go w/ advert 4.

Is it screwed up or working?? - (Having to reset it all day would be 'kinda working')

Any comments on the skills gained at this level would be very helpful.

Hmmm. What happened to the ability to hire NPCs to advertise for you at Adevertising 4?

Yeah really... I was climbing this tree just for NPC advertising. What the heck happened to it??
