I just got hiring 4, and while messing around with dresing the vendors, I tried to put a Heavy Shoulder pad on a Trandoshan (I figure, they're both big, why not?). The Tandoshan said he couldn't wear it, blah, blah, and, more interestingly, his shirt disappeared. Now he had on just pants & boots.

Cool! I thought. So naturally I tried it on a human female wearing a dress, womens shoes, and a necklace. I tried to make her wear the shoulder pad, she said no and her dress disappeared, leaving her totally naked except the shoes and necklace.

After gawking and laughing, I figured I'd better /bug it. Now I'm telling you so you, too, can have naked vendors till the Devs fix it. heheheh

Jedi will never be a starting profession...Looted items and quest items will never be better then crafted items, this is not a loot based game...CH will return shortly...CH and BE will not be back in game...Rangers are getting their revamp next!...The stealth system will not be changing in the spy expertise...Need any more examples of things the devs said that did not hold true?

This is a pretty well-known bug... there's a long thread here somewhere about naked vendors.

on a side note, ishi tib and devaronian NPC vendors (only ones ive tested it on) can wear wookiee clothes.
Also my ishi tib has an exotic leotard on, heheheh
