If I have 0002 vendor and have 2 vendors, will they disappear if I drop my merchant skills?

Probably not, but they might oneday. It's considered an exploit to keep vendors when you've dropped the skill, so if they do stay, you could well wake up oneday and find them gone. And when that happens, you won't be entitled to any CSR compensation, because it's how the game is meant to work. It's not a good idea.
