Ok.. this has been driving me nuts for a few weeks now.

I have three signs on my store, which is a PA Hall. One of the signs, the house sign, can not be changed and just will not go away. When I change it, it overlaps the existing sign.

The 'shop sign' that sits on the corner CAN be changed. One of the shop signs on the corner will not go away.

So my store has three names..

"Nexon Industries - Structures, Furniture and Droids" (I don't sell droids any more)

"Nexon Industries - Structures, Furniture and Armor"

"Mos Anchor Trade and Curio"

Erm.. any workaround people know of?

Work out which sign is working, and make sure it doesn't overlap the bugged ones if possible (change it's sign type to move it about). Submit a CSR ticket saying your sign has duplicated, and could they remove the duplicates. Make sure to explain exactly which sign is the duplicate, and which works. They'll probably contact you to confirm which sign to delete, then they'll remove it.

The sign duplication seemed to happen around the time they added shop signs, then removed/readded the ability to use colour. It mucked something up, and signs everywhere duplicated. I've not had a reoccurance after getting my original duplicated sign removed.
