Heed my warning...
If the vendors are limited to 110 items each, the end will come. Crafters will give up. People will get fed up and quit. I know someone who has already quit the game because of this crazy talk. 
Better stock up now while people are still crafting. After this goes live, you'll be lucky to find a decent CDEF for sale.

This is all a plot. they will eventually "cave" and give us a 1500 or 2000 item limit. The problem is we will all have to master merchant to do it.
Disclaimer: I have Master Merchant but was thinking of dropping it until this happened (not to keep the skills either).
