Hi everyone -

I have aquestions to ask. I'm in the process of changing my one characters and one of the profession I'm doing is Tailor and of course with tailor I will need some merchent. I will also be Mastering one other profession - therefore I won't be able to Master Merchent. Now I will admit - after a full year of playing other then selling a few things on the bazaar - I have never done a merchent type profession before.

After I master the two profession I'm doing and with Artisan 0/4/4/0 I will have 52 points to use. In light of the wonderful new changes the wonderful DEV 's are making. What should I use my 52 points on and why. Especially for tailor each line seems so important - especially in light of the wonderful changes. I will need to be able to advertise and have nice looking vendors and of course the reduced fees are always nice.

Sorry mate, but basically i think most merchants are kinda busy with the fact their profession is dieing around them.

Anyway personally i recon your best bet is go for X-X-X-4 at first as you will need as many vendors as you can and they will have more room in them this way. So thats a must

Then get the one that you can dress up your vendor (i think its X-X-4-X) but then when you have that you can drop it as its not a useful one to have and i think the clothes you give it will stay on it reguardless.

Then get the first row of skills so you can advertise and keep them.

So now with you 54pts to spand you will have your 2 masters and artisan 0-4-4-0 and merchant 4-0-0-4, so now 20 pts to spare. i would go for surveying 4 as it helps getting the fiberplast and petrochem you need quicker as you can scan faster. Then the remaining 6 pts you can put into anything really as they are worthless.... maybe engineeing 2 from artisan as then you can make some of the special components for the advanced limited use scematics.

Keldorion of Chimaera + others on other servers when i deside to reactivate them.

Also when you're starting, Master Artisan components can be a big seller -- especially in factory runs of 1000 in a travel pack
