Merchant Archive

I know this has been brought up before, but I cant find the work around anywhere. When using a vendor, no window opens up. I believe it opens off-screen, as I had it close to the screen border before.

I ve tried logging out for like 30 minutes, that didnt help. I know the work around with deleting the personal folder, but since I dont want to set up my hotbar and macros again, I am hoping for a different work around.
