if i give a friend Admin access to my home, as we are sharing a single large to pool the resources can he place vendors in the building i own just by having the admin access?

Otherwise the whole "mall" idea really wouldn't work considering the item-vendor limit. But yes, it does work that way. Goodluck on your business venture with your partner

In fact, once he has placed his vendor, you can remove his admin access and he can still operate his vendor.
