Last night it had taken almost 30 minutes to reflect a /tip ###### to my main character. Tipper rcvd pop up window detailing 5% fee and when sent there was NO sys mail for the tipper to show they had sent the tip although the credits were gone.

Also having issues with vendors...

Actually, you're not supposed to get the mail till your target has come online. Therefore, yes you do spend your money, but it is instead stored up till they are actually online to recieve it. I use this myself as a great way of knowing whether XXXX friend or YYYYY friend whom I haven't seen in forever, are coming on at different times. Believe me, the money is getting there, and your targetwill recieve your money sent, and you youremail after they have logged on to recieve it.
