I have a vendor in my mall left behind by a player who quit the game and deleted his char about 2 weeks ago. I got a confirmation email from him just yesterday that he deleted the character. The vendor is empty and is ad barking. It's driving me nuts. (Why didn't the vendor vanish when he deleted his char?)
1. Does anyone know for sure when the vendor will be auto-deleted for being empty? 6 weeks? 100 days? (There are items in the stockroom)
2. Considering I have a mail from the vendor owner confirming he deleted his char, will I be able to get a CSR to remove the vendor from my mall? (I own the building)
If it's 6 weeks I can be patient and wait out the agony. If it's 100 days, I already warned the other merchants with vendors in the mall that we'd be emptying them out, and all the decor, and I'd redeed the building to kill that empty loud-mouthed vendor. And start over. They finally believe I am dead serious now. I will kill the mall rather than endure that ad barking vendor for 100 days.

It should poof on the next server reset after the player deletes. Along with everything the player owns, structures etc etc. That's only on delete of a toon, not cancellation of an account.
If the vendor ownere deleted and the vendor is still there today, send a CSR ticket and they will delete the vendor, they can check and verify the owner doesn't exist.
