I'm loaded down with backpacks full of ship parts lately. So much so actually that I dropped a vendor in my shop that I am using to transfer packs full of parts around. 2 nights agoI was going to get some parts RE'd, I withdrew a backpack from the sales window and it appeared in my stockroom. I selected it from my stockroom list and when I tried to retrieve it, I received an error, "You cannot retrive that item right now." I tried again and received the same error so I closed out of my vendor window and reopened. I selected my stockroom, selected the backpack, and selected retrieve and again received the error message. So, I decided to try relisting the pack. After I hit the ok button and received the "your item has been listed" message, I went to double check that it was on the vendor. The pack disappeared, nowhere to be found in my inventory, in the vendor sales listing, or the vendor's stockroom. Frustrated, I logged a ticket. Sadly, I had the exact same thing happen to me again last night and I foolishly tried to relist the item from my stockroom after having received this error message and had it poof. I'm waiting fora response on my ticket, but I'm curious, has anyone else had a similar experience?

Not to say there isn't one or more bugs; but there are "normal" behavors that can cause both of what you described.

1) Your inv was too full to hold the retrieved bag + contents.

2) Your vendor "view" was filtered and hence you did not see the relisted bag.

Would be good to note that you positively checked and eliminated both possibilities before reporting as a bug.

Well, another successful CS ticket for me. I've been very lucky lately. I've so far recovered 1 of the 2 missing backpacks and they're helping me to hopefully recover the other.
