I'm not sure if this is on the list of items, but I wanted to post in case someone else has discovered it.

I posted something for sale on a vendor of mine for 10k. I then logged off. While I was off, a friend of mine purchased the item. He received an email confirming the sale, his credits were reduced, and he retrieved the item. I logged in later, saw the email that the sale was successful, but, after reviewing my bank account, discovered that the money had not be put into my bank account.

I'm on Kauri/Naboo, player name Masin. If anyone has info on this, please let me know. It occurred today at 3:20pm PST.

don't post it here, it will never get read, what you have to do is hope that someone on the test server noticed it, and reports it.
