I looked and could not find a topic about this.

Almost everytime someone buys something from my vendors (I only have novice merchant), as soon as they go away from the shop the items disappear from their inventory. I had a customer try to come back and they were back. As soon as he was going away again they disappeared.

It has happened to me as well from 2 other merchants. First items I got back 20 minutes later, the rest the following day. *I* know it's not a big deal but what the hell am I supposed to say to my customers when they ask for a refund/replacement? I've been lucky so far as they all believe me when I tell them that it will reappear, but it still gives a very bad impression of my shop.

Has anyone else met that problem, and how did you fix it? I have over 500 items on my vendor and I can't technically remove them, and I lost 250 items to a bug once when I transfered my stock from one vendor to another and don't want to see everything disappear again.

Happens to everyone and SOE knows about it (Raph acknowledged it) and have been sent extensive descriptions, including the exact point where things poof so it can be replicated.

I wouldn't hold your breath.

Advise your customers to relog right after purchase, before anything disappeares. I've done itdozens oftimes myself already and it always works.

This bug affects shops which arelocated near zone line (server boundary or whatever).
