Thread: Getting vendor listed on overhead map?

How do i do this? - Does this come along with Advert 3 and getting it listed on the planetary map. When i'm in the wild, i always have my overhead map (ctrl-m) turned on, and i see Vendor - this, Vendor - that all over the place. - I had a friend check my vendors, and nothing is there (i'm currently almost to ad 3, but not quite) - Is there something i need to do to turn this on? - Or does it come at a skill level?
