So, I check my vendor last night to see what has timed out and jumped over to the stockroom. What I find is thata huge number ofitems in my vendor are now gone. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 40+ items. Completely gone. Not in my sales, not in my stockroom, not in my house, not in my inventory. Some of my items are there but a lot are gone. Most of the resources I put for sale are gone, most of the powerups are gone too. And this stuff wasn't cheap either. In one case 11k of flower has vanished. Yes, I have the filter set correctly so I am not looking at region or planet. Besides in both my sales and my stockroom there are items, just not all of them.

Has anyone else had stuff disappear off their vendor?

Not only have I lost some items from the Vendor Stockroom, but any items that are currently there cannot be retrieved! Eventually I imagine these too will disappear. Quite honestly til vendors are fixed it makes it very difficult having one.

I have that problem of not being able to get items from my vendor, I had to refund someone because he couldnt get something he purchased from me.

If I withdrawl a sale and it goes to my storeroom I can not retrieve it. I can place it back for sale but that is it.

I hope they fix this problem soon. I am losing money.

This is how you fix the problem (Tag this):

1) attempt to retrieve each item, 1 at a time, top to bottom, in order, never repeating an item. Example: If there are 5 items to retreive, attempt item 1 (cancel), then 2 (cancel) then 3 (cancel) then 4 (cancel) then 5 (cancel).
2) Retrieve each item, in order, from 1, again.

It works.

Got the same problem. I moved my stuff from one vendor to another, deleted the first one and lost everything.

The following day I got it back, but could not retrieve it. I sent an online ticket, no reply after 5 days when I had to move my shop, so I said forget it and deleted the vendors.

Except my bugged items still appear in the 'available' window in bazaar terminals... As it's 250 items or something I lost it's kinda annoying. I sent a ticket to get them back and to be able to retrieve them from a bazaar terminal (my shop being gone), we'll see...

I do appreciate receiving the response.

But am I the only one that would like something more definitive than "may disappear" and "extended period of time"?

How long is "extended"? What determines if they disappear?

How can I, or any of you, manage our inventory within the vendors if we do not know what the limitations are?

That there are left and right limits I will have to accept - however, at least tell me what they are.

Yes, I've noticed items from your stockroom disappear after about 7 days.

I just assummed this was to keep you from using your stockroom as a bank since your maint isn't calculated by what is in your storeroom. (when maint fees were still working).

Its nasty how if you didn't know you could really get screwed by this.

With the recent server issues on Eclipse I have lost a huge amount of inventory and it was not over 7 days. It was only in the stock room for 3 days. Has anyone had luck with assistance for CSRs. My ticket just sits there with now response.
