Thread: My first Vendor Cannot use

I placed my first vendor in my house. The house is public. I activate the vendor and when I try to Use Vendor I get a messages saying the vendor is not activated.

Well if the vendor isn't activated, just activate it (It's in the radial menu)

That is the point, I have activated it through the radial menu. I even check the status and it shows the vendor as activated. But when I try to use the vendor it says the vendor is not activated.

Presumably you mean 'initialised' when you say 'activated'?
If not, that may be your problem.

I had this happend to me once. Initialized the vendor, put some items on it and a few hours later it was "Uninitialized" again. The only thing I can think of I did differently was that I gave it clothing before I initialzed it. Don't know if that was it or not. The only fix I could find was deleting it and starting a new vendor. I lost the items of course. (I did get a CSR to agree to reimburse me, however I gave that claim up to get another claim handled which was more important to me. CSR's are quite the horse trader sometimes)
