so i got management one today and went to put up a sign outside our guildhall, but when i did it the house sign dissapeared and the sign i wanted appeared. is there anyway i can keep the house sign for the guild hall and have a sign for my shop as well? or do i just have to wait till i can place 2 signs for this?

Nope, you get "A" sign, so you can have the default one, or a special one. You do not get both. But I understand that you are looking for, but it does not work that way.
