Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I didn't see a thread on it. What benefit does Efficiency 4 give a merchant (besides the upcoming tents)? I know there's a discount on structures, but how much is it and which "structures" does it apply to? I think I've heard the discount is 20%, but also heard, I think, that it's 20% per level of efficiency. Does the discount apply to only houses, or does it also apply to factories and harvesters?
